We want your MODOX order to feel right. For eligible online purchases, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer law and any legal exceptions.

Starting a return

Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address for your order.

Return condition

Please handle items only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. Where reasonably possible, return items with their original tags and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

For an eligible withdrawal, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may wait until the goods are returned, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where the law allows.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return under the statutory withdrawal right, the customer normally bears the direct return cost when informed of this in advance. Different rules apply to defective or incorrect goods.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where helpful. Eligible defective goods are handled at no return cost to the customer as required by applicable law.
